Forge production, hot 3D stamping, forged zago

The Autocomponent Division produces more than 1,200 items of blacksmith-made (forging) parts made from carbon and doped steels.

The production has a complete technological cycle of making forgings of varying complexity, accuracy and configuration by the method of hot bulk stamping (including thermal processing, cleaning from scale, editing and chasing). The company has the technological capabilities of making forging on the documentation of the customer (beams of the front axles of the car, fists turning, marquees, semi-axis, levers, thrusts, hubs, shafts, forks and crosses of cartel shafts, rings bearings, etc.). Ressors for trucks and passenger cars of "Gaz" and buses "Paz" are produced.

Carbon and low-slung steel are subject to normalization, thermo-improvement on a given hardness with hardening in water or caustic sodium, forging of steel marks 40X, 45G2, 40XN, 35XA are subjected to thermolearation with hardening in oil, forging from aluminum alloys are subjected to hardening in hot water with subsequent aging. For pre-thermal treatment of medium- and highly-laid steels of increased pumping, isothermic slang is used.

Forgings, made using the broad technological capabilities of the Gaz, can be used in the automotive industry, agriculture, gas and oil industry, etc.
